Bocuse d'Or: French chefs defeat Danes to reclaim coveted culinary prize

A French team led by 20-year-old chef Paul Marcon won the prestigious Bocuse d’Or culinary contest on Monday, edging out title-holders Denmark. The victory comes 30 years after Marcon’s father Régis triumphed in what is sometimes referred to as the “culinary Olympics”.
